It’s that time of year, with kiwi skiers and snowboarders flying the coop to chase snow round the world.
One skier who knows airports, air points, over weight baggage and everything that goes with it, is Mons Royale skier Jossi Wells.
I caught up with Jossi, his bros and father Bruce while we waited for our late night flights out of Auckland. The Wells gang heading out to Colorado, myself heading to Whistler for three days en route to Europe with sales meetings.
Jossi has just had the entire NZ Winter off with injury thanks to a skating injury back in April. While not totally rehabbed yet, he should back on snow for the start of the Dew Tour to defend his Halfpipe title and his two AFP World Champion titles Halfpipe and Overall (halfpipe and slopestyle).
Here is a sneak peak of Jossi wearing the Super Lime Shearers Singlet – xtra long!
